Our aim
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. It is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. You should be able to zoom to 400% without text spilling off the screen, navigate the whole site with a keyboard, and use it with a screen reader.
How we check it
We test every page with automated accessibility checks at desktop and phone widths when the site changes, and test the main pages with a keyboard and a screen reader once a year. The last full review was on 14 September 2026.
Known problems
- Some older PDF documents, particularly declarations of conformity and brochures, are not fully tagged and may be hard to read with a screen reader. We are replacing them as they are revised. If you need one in another format, ask us.
- Wide tables, such as specifications and release histories, scroll sideways on small screens.
- The service portal for our engineers has not been tested with screen readers.

If you need information on this website in a different format, such as large print or an accessible PDF, email web@vanroon.uk or call 0113 496 0372. We will reply within five working days.
